It's a pretty typical dinner party in Jesterland. People are pulling pranks on each other (sometimes deadly ones), attempting dangerous things in the name of entertainment, and of course, praising the name of Glorious Leader Paranoia, the benevolent/malevolent ruler of Jesterland (depending on which he wants to be known as at any given time).

But then suddenly, a thick fog descends over the dining hall and everyone gets knocked out. They wake up some time later in separate rooms, and in each of those rooms a speaker starts blaring.

"We apologize for the inconvenience. You have all been subjected to a dose of amnesia gas. Don't worry, though, we're sure you'll figure out who you are in time. In the meantime, we suggest paying a visit to somebody else and seeing what happens. Praise Paranoia!"

And suddenly, the speaker goes silent, just as the sun sets.

We're starting with night to ensure I have to suffer through the consequences of keeping track of all of the actions I came up with at least once. That said, nobody will die tonight.

Although tonight's actions may or may not set up future deaths. Who even knows?

I have updated the first post of the thread with the few rules that apply to this game. If I missed a common rule that should be included, please let me know.

Somehow all the things you people were up to during the night get resolved. What does it all mean? Who knows! Not any of you, that's for sure.

As everyone filters into the main hall, suddenly a loud voice booms over the loudspeakers.

"ROBUST LASER VISITED ROBUST LASER."

In addition, as everyone takes a closer look at their fellow probably-jesters, they notice two things.

First, the word INNOCENT is written on a52's forehead in black marker.
Second, the word GUILTY is written on Granolaman's forehead in a similar style.

Before you can process this, though, there's another announcement.

"We have a message from Glorious Leader Paranoia. He has informed us that anyone who does not have a vote on them at the end of the day must enter a Jest-Off at that point. The details are left to us, as Glorious Leader Paranoia has far more important matters to deal with.

Refusal to participate in the Jest-Off will result in exile from Jesterland. Glorious Leader Paranoia stresses that exile is not death, and therefore that means you did not perish in the course of your duty. Which would be a failure for any jester, obviously."

After that, the loudspeaker stops, and everyone is left to argue about who should be lynched. Because this is the obvious solution to mass amnesia.

Before that starts, however, a small stall appears out of nowhere. Nobody seems to be operating it, but the sign says, very clearly:

Everybody waits to see if there are any more unusual occurrences, but it seems there aren't. For now.
