Welcome to Eagle-Time, a MyBB forum community. By using our forum you agree to comply with the following Terms of Service(TOS). Please read them carefully.


Eligibility and Age Restriction

Posting and Messaging services on Eagle-Time are restricted to registered users aged 18 and above. Eagle-Time should not be used by anyone audiences under the age of 13. Anyone registering for this site represents that they are 13 years of age or older. Anyone utilizing posting or messaging services on Eagle-Time or Eagle-Time affiliated messaging services (i.e. Discondor on Discord) represents that they are 18 years old or older.

User-Generated Content:

  1. Users retain the copyright of the content they post
  2. By posting content, users grant Eagle-Time a non-exclusive, unlimited license to use, display, and distribute the content in connection with Eagle-Time.
  3. Users agree not to use the services on Eagle-Time to submit or link to any content which is defamatory, abusive, hateful, threatening, spam or spam-like, contains adult or objectionable content, contains personal information of others, risks copyright infringement, encourages unlawful activity, or otherwise violates any laws.
  4. Users are entirely responsible for the content of, and any harm resulting from that content or your conduct.
  5. Users agree that we may remove or modify any Content submitted at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice. Requests for Content to be removed or modified will be undertaken only at our discretion. We may terminate your access to all or any part of the Service at any time, with or without cause, with or without notice.

User Privacy and Confidentiality:

  1. Users recognize and agree to Eagle-Time’s Privacy Policy
  2. Users recognize that private messages sent on eagle-time are not encrypted and could be viewed by moderators or other parties as described in the site’s Privacy Policy
  3. Users recognize that any posts or publicly available user information posted on Eagle-Time is public and accessible to the internet, and that its removal from Eagle-Time does not guarantee removal from other archival sources unaffiliated with Eagle-Time.

Disclaimers and Limitation of Liability

  1. Eagle-Time is provided “as is” without any warranties
  2. Eagle-Time is not liable for any content posted by users
  3. Eagle-Time’s liability is limited to the maximum extent permitted by law.

Indemnification

Users agree to indemnify and hold Eagle-Time harmless from any claims arising from their use of Eagle-Time or their violation of these TOS.

Changes to the TOS

Eagle-Time may update the TOS from time to time. Users will be notified of any significant changes.

Consent and Agreement to the TOS

A user’s registration and continued use of Eagle-Time and Services on Eagle-Time constitutes acceptance of these terms.
