A magenta envelope and a pizza? Sounds pretty evil to me.

The Botfly knows you've gotten letters in the past, and the other Bina's had prepared stuff for the points they already came across, no? Nobody's gotten to this hospital, so this could be a trap.

How though? IIRC the Botfly doesn't want to kill Bina so it's not lethal. It could knock them out but then who's gonna carry them back in the middle of a crowded hospital with cops around?

The envelope could some kinda letter accompanying it that contains false information, for instance.

Unlock that phone! And don't let Kendra see the code.

But even if she doesn't see it, she'll still know to ask Elizabeth, which is probably only made possible by unlocking the phone...

So I'm making my way through this, finally, and it's good stuff. Still got a lot to read, though.
I just reached this page, and I thought I'd mention here that there's a bit of a formatting error. Towards the end of the update, everything is bolded, not just Kendra's dialogue.

Yeah, I'm a few pages later (279) and Kendra's lines aren't bolded there.
I guess there's a lot of pages to work through and the main concern was getting them up?
Edit: got to Age 15 dream and stopped for tonight. I'll read more later, no doubt.
285-287 also have improper bolding; from the notes I guess that was there in the original updates? Well, I'm mentioning it anyways if you decide you want to fix that up at some point.

UPDATE - 1199 - In which Bina has consecutive revelations
@Dragon Fogel: Hey! I'm glad you're catching up!
Yes! Kendra's formatting is borked all over. I am fixing them when people point them out but I missed a bunch of the earlier comments because disqus is silly. This is a set of errors I really should just code a solution for due to how widespread it is. Thanks for bringing it to my attention again.
The website version of the text was scraped directly from my script files, which were not nearly as clean as the versions that I posted on the old forums.

Olives provide essential nutrients. There is like, a specific mineral your body needs, which is depleted by time travel .. and olives are a great source of that mineral. C'mon, you're in a hospital full of doctors. Any one of them should be able to confirm this.

I feel a need to ask why the office of Doctor Jordan Shipman, hospital clark, has party lights strung up in it.
