We need the true 12 Zodiacs.
Rules
- 3 votes needed to pass a Zodiac (for a specific month)
- No anti-votes, and no taking away votes. Votes are only removed if something is outvoted (see rule 4)
- You can have votes for multiple different things, including in the same month
- To replace a Zodiac, 1 more vote is needed than it had to be canonized
