There's a possibility that I might have confused everyone with early rule 1 judgements. Really they were edge cases that forced me to make some adjustments on the fly and now this is a semi serious search to find an answer I wanna offer a hint. So the thing is those posts were in a situation where they couldn't have passed rule one due to circumstances so they got an auto pass. It's no longer the case, every post has the potential to do so now. Just try to avoid drawing false positives from them.
This passes one and four by the way.
