I wrote a 10 minute presentation on very little sleep this morning to present on even less sleep this afternoon, and let me tell you. It was a mess and a half going through it editing the first time

Well, I've been in Pittsburgh to celebrate my grandmother's birthday. She's unfortunately suffering from an aphasic form of Alzheimer's, and I unfortunately don't think she'll be with us mentally for much longer.

Anyway, me, my mom, my grandma and granddad, my aunt and uncle who live near them, and their four children were all together at a restaurant to celebrate her birthday, and someone there saw us all and decided to pay for our entire check.

Well, that was cool of that person!

Also, sorry about your grandma. I know how you feel, my grandfather is in poor health as well.

So I ordered a 4x4x4 Rubik's Cube a while back (read Thursday), and it arrived today. I've already managed to solve it without looking up any of the FUCKING parity algorithms. Less than one day.

The contrast between my weekdays and weekends is ridiculous. I suddenly have so much time, and yet I know that next week starting monday I will have no time to spare. Ugh.
