Ah, it's so much nicer here. You're already starting to think more clearly.

Oh, looks like DAPPER FELLOW is enjoying the nice day too.

DAPPER FELLOW is a pretty dapper fellow. More importantly, he's your main source of information regarding the villainous scum of this good city of TORONADA. Not because he's an undercover agent or anything, just because he's extremely good at drubbing people with that cane of his until they tell him whatever he wants.

"Hey, Dapper Fellow, want to play some rock, paper, scissors?"

"No time for that, Man-man. I have some new info for you. It seems some new supervillians are on the loose."

"Hell yeah, about time! I've been so bored. I just escaped from a field trip to an art museum. An art museum."

"I see nothing wrong with appreciating the achievements of the fine artists who poured their creativity into such works."

"...are all old people weird, or is it just you?"

"Now, where was I? Ah yes, the new supervillians. I'm aware of at least three, but I only have intel on one of them right now. Come back to me when you've defeated him and see if I have any new intel then."

"Anything else you'd like to know about him before you head on your way?"

Is there anyway to turn him into an ally?
Is he my real father?
Why the heck don't you call the police for these kind of things?

You need no more information.

"Any weaknesses I should know about?"

"Well, he's one of those lunatics who can't stand a rousing opera, but I think that's simply personal preference."

> Ask if he has a band you need to worry about.

"Does he have a band to back him up?"

"Yes, in fact. He's the lead bass player and the singer, but he also has a drummer and a secondary bass player."

> Ask where his rock'n concert hall is.

"So where is he?"

"Try the harbor. I've heard he uses one of the warehouses down there to host his shows."

> You need no more information. MAN-MAN, AWAY!

"Alright, I think that's everything. Time to go kick some ass."

"Good luck, Man-man."

You are now at the HARBOR. There are a few PEDESTRIANS hanging out near a SEEDY ESTABLISHMENT called THE CRUSTY SAILOR. Farther in the distance you can see a lot of WAREHOUSES. DAPPER FELLOW says that GUITAR VILLIAN is in one of them, but you have no idea which one.

You quickly analyze the AFFABILITY of the PEDESTRIANS. Unfortunately, you're not actually able to do that, so you just use the general approach when meeting new people, which is to assume that they're all neutral to you. Using this key piece of intel, you decide to strike up a conversation with the nearest one.

"Greetings, citizen! Do you know where I can find Guitar Villian?"

"He's got a show down at warehouse 14 in like ten minutes. You should check it out, he's totally rad!"

"Oh, really? Wow, that was easy."

You are now outside WAREHOUSE 14. You can hear the sounds of the band tuning up inside; it sounds like they're about to start.
