On the other hand, it is somewhat understandable, considering there is little else to go on; and he does have a point about you and PYP not providing actual reasons - joining a vote without explaining why is essentially the definition of bandwagoning.

Nevertheless, Solaris bears as much responsibility for that near-softhammer as Brian does, and so he should be pressed as well. Perhaps we will find his response more satisfactory than Brian's; perhaps we will not. But he should at least provide one.
