I don't know much about decoding or ciphers or anything, but no one's pointed those two slanty lines out yet. They kind of remind me of a pair of arrows going in opposite directions.



Is it possible that the cipher says something else if you decode it differently, going in the opposite direction? It might even be a palindrome of some kind.

Well, now that you mention it, XABPX XABPX shows up both at the beginning and at the end. That probably is important somehow.

That's because that's code for "KNOCK KNOCK".

Maybe you should knock four times, then?
