Mike peered over the edge, making sure not to get too close.
'Can't see any ground, that's for sure'
To test something, Mike took the empty magazine out of the gun he had killed Xeno with ('Ah, how I enjoyed that'), and dropped it over the edge.
It disintegrated. He quickly replaced the magazine and put away the gun.
"Holy.... Thats stuffs deadly. Guess killing is number two priority now, and running is the first."
Mike could barely sense that he had a slight headache, and that hs vectors felt heavier.
He took one and tried to pull himself up the mountain, but he faltered, and fell, crashing into the rockface.
"Shit," he cursed. Things had been evened out. He didn't know what he would be able to pull off in a fight anymore.
Could he still cut off limbs with ease? Could he launch a pencil like a bullet?
He didn't want to have to test his weakened strength. Glancing around, he found a gap he could fit through. He slid through, and looked up. He could see more holes, and a surface with edges and gaps that could be used for hand and foot holds.
He also noticed Grimm, his dark exterior contrassting to the walls and floor.
"Yo" He announced. He didn't have anything against this guy. As far as Mike was concerned, they were nuetral.

Zeke continued his pace up the tower, he was loving this. Climbing came second only to fighting in Zeke's books, he could be a peace while climbing, all he had to think about was going up and thats it.

Zeke glanced to his right while climbing, seeing Whit talking a break from climbing. Zeke nonchalantly hung from the piller with one arm and one leg.

"Need some help?"

Whit looked at Zeke, startled. Then, he realized that he hadn't made enemies with him, and he was relatively safe- still, help? They were enemies in the long run. Then, he thought about the composers words. Safety also lay in the soul of another, or something like that. Still... How could that work? In his brief experience, climbers only could help eachother by tying a string to eachother, ensuring neither fell. Whit did need help, yes, but he wasn't comfortable putting his life in someone elses hands, unless the other person somehow profited enough that they couldn't betray him. The person in front of Whit definitely looked stronger than him, and would probably be faster without him. Whit chose his words carefully.

"... No, thanks, but you'd be better off without helping me. I would slow you down. But... Between us, truce? I don't really want to fight anyone while climbing a wall. "

Damn, Whit thought. He had probably come off as unfriendly. Being nice just wasn't something he was good at.

Itzal tried to continue climbing, but found he didn't have the strength to pull himself up any further. He dropped back to the platform he was on, and sat down to recover.

Cobra looked down behind him and saw the ninja ascending slowly about 20 feet to his left.

Hmm, from what I recall, me and the ninja have a quarrel... Still, this is no terrain for me to fight in, it would be unwise to make him an enemy in this round.

Cobra jumped to a 'platform' sticking out of the rock 10 feet to his left, then addressed the ninja.

"Hey! Ninja! What would you say to a bit of a team-up type thing. Climbing this mountain isn't going to be easy, and I figure if we helpe each other out it could be easier. I'm Cobra, by the way."

Cobra jumped down a few meters so that he was just above Zeke and extended a hand out to him.

Noticing the shadow not responding, Mike looks up yet again. He felt that he could climb the wall easily if he were at full power, but he couldn't be sure now. To test it out, he place a hand of his left vector onto the rock face. Almost instantly, it felt heavy, dull, and slow. There was enough in there to help, thats what he decided. It would be about as strong as his real arms while in contact with the walls, and that was all he needed.
Hauling himself up with his arms, he began a steady climb.
15M up, and he figured that the inside was a stupid area to climb, and his blood lust had started to talk to him again.
'You loved killing Xeno. His brains across the floor, the blood splattering off your face. You know they'll fear you now. Attack you, hunt you. You have to kill them all to win anyway. Start killing! Rip their limbs off! Decapitation! Murder!'
"Shut it," He laughed, secretly agreeing with them. He took another tunnel and exited to the outside face again.
As he poked his head out, he noticed the two shapes below him.
'Hm? Sneaky and warrior, eh?' He pulled himself fully out, and hung to the wall, staring down.

After more futile attempts of scrambling up the mountain, Gadget found he had actually made negative progress, and was back where he started. So Whir took the situation somewhat into his own, er, grappling claw.
He started carefully pulling a bunch of materials out of the backpack, some with Gadget's help, and setting them on the platform. After seeing the materials, Gadget figured it out and started assembling. What came to be was an interesting device. Four arms with sharp pikes at the ends came from a box that could be worn like the backpack, and two obligatory LEDs were also on pivotal points. Still, it lacked a power source. Gadget donned the contraption, and Gadget focused. Strangely enough, he felt he had to focus harder than usual, but eventually the device managed to spring to life. And Gadget fell unconcious.
The new being picked itself up with Gadget still attached.

"...Master? Master, are you all right?"
Even Whir was visibly confused. It wasn't a particularly complex being, and it wasn't any large than some of the contraptions he had given life to before, yet the force of giving it's soul managed to completely knock him out. There was something about this new world.
"...this can't be good. Hey, uh..." Whir struggled to come up with a name, "Lloyd? Yeah, I suppose. Lloyd, you need to start climbing up. Gadget will be okay eventually I hope but we need to get higher up. Think you can scale this place?"
'Lloyd' rotated the LEDs that acted as it's eyes to look up. It looked doable, and he stabbed the sharp pikes into the mountain to climb up, ascending at the very least, quicker than Gadget was able to on his own. Whir followed, concerned about his creator.

"Yo." was all he uttered. Grimm stood there, blank. He didn't bother turning around, he was busy thinking. How will it get up? He couldn't move from the pain, and stress. Ah, I seem to be stuck, he thought. Instead of trying to climb, he yelled one word as hard as he could. "HELP!"

Itzal rested on its ledge. It was still far to weak to climb, but it had regained enough strength to start getting tricky. First, it pulled out a bottle of dye, and applied it to its robes. The robes soon matched he color of these crystals. It then looked over the edge. far beneath him, he say the fighter he had tangled with earlier. He seemed to be making steady progress upwards. Itzal sat back, pondering. If he got up here, it would be problematic. A battle here would not go in Itzal's favor. Itzal pullout out several items from within its robes. Peaking over the edge again, it judged the distance, and unraveled a length of thread from its robe. It opened up some small pyrotechnic firecrackers, and poured the powder into a small glass vial. Unstoppering another vial, it poured an oily liquid in with the gunpowder. It added a handful of flash powder, and then stoppered the vial. After shaking it up, it tied the end of its thread onto the vial again. It peaked over the edge again, then threw the vial over the edge, holding the other end of the thread. The vial spiraled through the air as it fell, then it hit the length of the thread and was swung inwards towards the crystal wall. The fluid burs into flame on contact with the air, and and splattering over a large section of the wall, leaving it an expanse of fire. Zeke looked up as the vial smashed over his head, and was able to shield his face as the burning oil splattered on him.

Zeke looked at Cobra, he remember him as the fang layonin from before. However this was no time for combat, at least not now.

"Very well, a truce shall be in order."

Zeke extended his arm to make an impromtu handshake, however he noticed a flaming liquid head towards his direction.

"Watch out!"

Cobra looks behind him and quickly darts to the side. A mixture of poor visuals (what with Cobra being infront of him) and bad terain made sure Zeke got hit by the liquid.

Zeke fell some distance down, on his decent he quickly shook the firey liquid off him and grabed the ledge.
He didn't say anything, but it could be easily identifyied by his eys that he was pissed off.

Cobra jumped down to Zeke and put out the small remaining fires left on his clothing, as well as the fire on the wall.

"Truce."

Cobra picked Zeke up off the ground so he was standing upright, and began climbing up again. He was just barely in arms' reach of Zeke, so he reached down and hoisted him up to a higher platform.

Whit watched the blaze above. It was much too close for comfort.
It was clear that going up would be dangerous... but... Whit glanced down at the rising fog. Just looking at it terrified him. He didn't want to stay where he was. He looked at the two others near him. They'd be more than enough of a diversion... Whit scanned around for a different route up. Everything near him was much too open to attack... he suddenly spotted a dark part of the wall. Climbing over, he saw that it was a hole, that seemed to go all the way through the wall. Was it a good idea, he thought, to go through? Well, anywhere else was certainly better than where he was now. Whit climbed in, and came out in the inner part of the Hoodoo.

"Interesting..."

Whit pondered the structure's integrity. If he wanted to, he could very easily cause this to break apart... but no. This was the only piece of land here... if this collapsed, he would definitely... fall into the fog... just thinking about it made him feel cold. He took his small pistols and moved them to his external coat pockets. They were the only weapons that he could use, without getting himself killed...

Looking down, he saw a masked figure, in all black. What was he doing, still down there?

"Hey you! you should get moving..."

What was he saying? Whit knew that the person was his enemy. Still, though... no, it made sense. It would do himself no good to have any enemies, especially one below him. The thought of someone dragging him down... into the darkness, the unknown... he couldn't let that happen! Whit's mind gained clarity. He felt himself become cold again, but not from fear- he was operating on pure logic, or some semblance of it.

"You should probably get going, the fog... it's rising, and it'll kill you. You don't want to die like that, do you?"
