SpoilerWeird coincidence, I was mulling over the idea of setting a round in a library today while thinking about what to do later in Intense Struggle.

That's not spoiling my plans, I didn't actually come up with any details for it and may or may not use it. The idea just crossed my mind.

What have we done?

We killed him...

Where are we now?

Killed him...

The skeletal arm holding the gun went limp. The vacuum was completely still for a while, lost in thought.

Suddenly, the gun arm raised straight upward.

"It is theoretically possible that one of the other contestants has found a way to conceal itself to all of this unit's sensors, and is currently directly above this unit."

Eximo fired repeatedly, until the chamber was empty.

"Judging by the lack of a corpse, it appears this possibility was not the case. This unit no longer has ammunition for this weapon. How unfortunate."

Eximo stuffed the empty gun back in its compartment. It paused again.

"Two lifeforms are displayed on the scan. This unit lacks data to determine which lifeform is which. In addition, this unit is unfamiliar with the layout of the current location. This unit should therefore gather data in order to better carry out its orders. In addition, this location is filthy. While the current order overrides the cleansing, it is efficient to proceed with the cleansing while gathering data."

Eximo moved around the corridors, vacuuming dust. Its distinctive hum echoed through the library as it did so.
