You level up. Of course, you don't get any stat boosts or new abilities, so leveling up is pointless for you!

Defeating the wizard has raised your Point Meter by 5.
It's much more pointless to just hold it in. Besides, you want to get this adventure rated M without doing anything remotely controversial.
