Ask your manager how it got burned.

You return to the hive to report on how the flowers that were your responsibility were eaten by your own pollen. But the hive is burned to ashes!

It seems the Queen is, thankfully, unharmed. You ask her what happened - it turns out the pollen they brought back to the hive was highly flammable, and ignited once they started working with it. Something is clearly wrong with the pollen!

You consider this, but getting drunk won't help the hive get back in operation again. Besides, you can't make any bee-r without a functioning hive.

What monsters? You're dealing with acidic, highly flammable pollen. The monsters will come later in the adventure.

You repeat your personal motto to yourself to stave off your depression. It helps a bit. You decide that you will find the source of this mysterious pollen so you can avenge the hive!

The Queen appreciates your offer, but says they need all the help they can get in making a new hive first.

You have no idea how you would even do that! You'd need an M.Bee degree for that, and you only have a BeeSc! You've thought about working towards a PhBee, but you're focusing on your job at the hive for now.
