Well, there's only one thing to do: Get yourself sick so you can dance this alligator off! And the best place to find highly contagious sick people is clearly the prison's hospital. You limp your way over there with the alligator still stuck to your leg.

You are now a disease in the hospital wing of a prison. Your current host is dying, which is really cool, but it also means you're going to need to find a new one.
