RE: Secret Santa 2014
Okay so I like puzzles! If you are a type of person who likes constructing puzzles that is something I would enjoy receiving. If you are a different type of person, I am as narcissistic as the next guy and would love to receive anything having to do with things I have done in the past (forum adventures Attraction and Deadly Maze Math Puzzle Adventure or grand battles Spectacular Exhibition, Vivacious Deadlock, Wretched Rite, and Fearsome Exhibition). If you want to mail me a thing get in touch through secret channels and I can get you an address.

Hey folks!
If youre the kind of person who likes doing arts, google Blendersongfia! Mirdini and I had a lot of fun creating characters and organizing it, so im sure theres a lot of material there you could work with.

If you like writing/music, im in need of something a drunk man might sing/play in the corner of a soddy, Western-themed bar (think cowboys).

And if were talking physical gifts, in into any manner of things that would be difficult for me to get myself in Canada, inc. handmades, local jam preserves, strange candy or beverages. I like odd looking things and puzzles too!

RE: Secret Santa 2014
I am also a person who loves puzzling, but more math than puzzles. Math is great. Math puzzles would be even more so.

I also suppose I wouldn't NOT be up for some indulgence in arts of things I have done in the past, such as all those dead adventures still on the Other Forum Adventure Forum. I think I've linked all of them into my signature. I'm kinda horrendous at characters though so I mean . . . . .

A story is also super great.

I'm not sure how well my family'd take to receiving mystery mail out of the blue, though, so I wouldn't really suggest that. Unless you send me a math textbook. Specifically abstract algebra.

RE: Secret Santa 2014
Right, shit, okay. So in terms of stuff, if you're a writing/art person then things of my characters are appreciated? Any of my Grand Battle characters are fine for that. Of my OCs, my favorites are Kriok (refs: 1 2), who's some kind of alien cyborg bird; Lavi (refs: 1 2 3), who's a peasant and also a tree, maybe; and Pax (refs: 1 2 3), who's a blonde androgynous vaguely-genderqueer android.

If art/writing isn't your thing, my other interests are like, anything relating to biology or history. I dunno how you'd incorporate that into a gift, though, which probably doesn't help.

In terms of mailing physical things (if that's something you want to do) you could mail me literally anything and I'd be excited about it. You could mail me a live bobcat and I'd be ecstatic. I live in California, so I dunno how easy it is to mail things.

Merry Christmas, everyone! Except you wacky New Zealanders for whom it's already the 26th.

I've sent along gifts from my half of the Secret Santa. I'm not sure if Plaid sent hers out yet; she said she would on her Christmas evening, but I didn't see her yesterday, so maybe she was busier than expected and/or forgot.

A little reminder: If you don't want to reveal which half of the exchange you're in (so you don't inadvertently take yourself off the list of possible Santas for someone in the other half), you might want to wait until you hear from her before posting your gift. Of course, if you don't mind that, then go ahead.

Thanks to everyone who managed to get a gift together. My apologies to people on my half who didn't get a gift yet; I'll send it in as soon as your Secret Santa is done, and if that takes until February, I'll write something at your request as compensation.

I have received one gift and passed it along last night; and one person saying they're going to be a little late. I'm assuming that's the case for everyone else, as per usual :v

RE: Secret Santa 2014
So! February's coming up in a little under two weeks. At that point, I'll do writing requests for anyone who doesn't have their gift (or at least have it in the mail if it's something physical), provided they've made something themselves.

Just a reminder to people who haven't gotten their things in yet.

RE: Secret Santa 2014
Last reminder: tomorrow's your final Secret Santa deadline! After that, I'll be compensating people who didn't get things, unless they didn't make anything either.

(To be clear: If you at least sent some kind of placeholder while you try to get something more elaborate together, you qualify for a writing request. If you received a placeholder, you also qualify provided you made something. If you don't think you can get something fancy together, do what you can today and send it along.)
