okay so ross is standing there i think. i think thats ross he's in a blue shirt. he's looking away from camera. in the background looms another friends character. possibly monica. probably not she liked things clean and neat and putting head in a turkey is not that. this could be rachel? honetsly there's a pretty big impediment to recognizing the character which is that they have put their head inside a turkey. and also glasses on the turkey. the glasses have yellow rims and are sunglasses. they are big and slightly askew. she is wearing a green top and has her arms out which indicates she is about to attack. in moments the ross will be annihilated. we can only hope.
