Post making contest: easier mode

Hey guys! It's time for a brand new ruleset! I had so many good rules for this particular ruleset that I had to break it into Two Pieces! Ruleset α consists of Rules 1-5. Ruleset β consists of Rules A-E. They're independent of one another and you don't need to pass them both at once (it may not be possible to pass both at once, I'm not sure).

There is a theme and let me just give you a little clue:
