"And what do ya mean, bird is yours?! You got us into this mess for the bird?!!"

"Not on purpose! Normally I don't get booed off stage until the fourth or fifth song!"

Bastion is SUPER CONFLICTED.
He has no idea what to do oh my god ah he just stands in startled tears no why please why not friendship.

"Muzo guy! Look what you've done!" Raphael calls over to Bastion. "No, nonononono, don't cry...kid. W...why don't I know anyone's names yet why am I heeeere-"

Clifton bats the Chatot away with his saxophone (which is totally a blunt weapon BY THE BY).

That poor poor saxophone. Clifton's readiness to use it as a bludgeon makes me suspect he's used it as such quite a few times before and perhaps it doesn't even look like a saxophone at this point.

E: If Sturm catches a Gyarados at this stage in the proceedings, I'm going to laugh. Hard.

Probably bleeding out a stab-wound at this stage, Tori backs the fuck off heading South as far as her legs can move her. She tosses a Premier Ball over her shoulder at the Mareep Natalie hit, being reasonably fucked for better ideas right now.

She yells at her Pokemon, while presumably being chased by a Chatot.

"Natalie! Get rid of this thing!"

"YOU CAN HAVE THE BIRD BY THE WAY."

Raphael boggles a bit. Well, quite a lot. "WHAT. WHAAAAT. ARE YOU SERIOUS."

She gives the Chatot a booted kick and scurries one north, two west behind the lamppost in an attempt to get out before it savages her as well.

"Gabby! Two west, and use Confusion on the goddamn bird that jazz guy here doesn't want anymore!"

And as an afterthought, she calls out: "And by the way, I'm Raphael!"

After days of travel with Sleipnir, even Sturm gets the whole "monster goes in ball" concept. Sturm throws a premier ball at the weakened sea monster, and moves west one square if it's at all possible to perform a trainer action and then a shift action.

Sleipnir can use tackle on Mareep 6, I s'pose.

THINGS ARE ESCALATING AND BASTION HAS NO IDEA WHAT TO DO
He is still conflicted, with the friendly pokemon here and all of the pals doing the attacking and he doesnt want to have the pokemon see him hurt its friends THERE IS ONLY ONE OPTION.

Bastion, still with the tears and discomfort and such, has Hrothgar move a bit closer to more mareep and then use Sing on the surrounding mareep, specifically the one that he is right next to.

Sturm moves left three, down one and left one, draws his sword and attacks Mareep 6. Sleipnir moves left four and down three and uses tackle on Chatot 1.

Clifton kisses the premier ball, then returns his focus to the fight. "Back it up, Riff!" He stops her once she moves two meters west. "Good girl! Let's shear this sheep! Hit it with another Struggle Bug!"

Raphael is soundly freaking out now, and moves one west, four south, in an attempt to get away.

"Gabby! Get away from that growling..." Her Pokedex beeps, and she pulls it out. "Oh, it's a Mareep. AAAAAHHHHHH ONE SOUTH ONE EAST AND CONFUSE THIS BIRD AHHHHH"

Tori spots a retreating Mareep, navigates the lamp-post as she shuffles eastward as far as she can go, before recalling a probably-battered-looking Natalie and sending out her recently acquired Mareep to intercept the still-attacking one.

Molly is probably confused and/or upset by this development.

"Tell it to leave," Tori orders.

Raphael stops to catch her breath a bit. She then goes two east and three north, giving the fainted Chatot a savage kick.

"This isn't over yet! Gabby! Move five north and use Confusion on that MYSTERY WATER POKEMON!"

And on that note, she points her Pokedex at aforementioned MYSTERY WATER POKEMON.

Sleipnir moves left one, down three and left eight. Sturm moves right two and attacks the other sea monster with his sword.

Clifton bends down to pat Riff on the head. "Good job, kid." He then points his pokedex at the MYSTERY SEA CREATURE as well.

After a brief pause, he chimes in with a "Mine's Clifton, for the record."

Bastion and Hrothgar scurry toward Tori.
