Here be some hints:

1) Every single rule is at least somewhat meta. The same post may pass any one of the five rules now and fail later.
2) Once again I subscribe to the philosophy of "rules that conflict with each other" (aka hard to pass them both at the same time, while at least doable individually). Of particular note is rule 2 and how it is at odds with rule 4. Kieros seems to have figured out rule 4. Probably.
3) Rule 3 is a bit random and you probably shouldn't invest much time in working it out. Things will pass it every so often.
4) Rule 1 ranges from trivially easy to nearly impossibly hard to pass.

As far as Jerusalem and Ragusa are concerned, the world consists of this single island on which they and the Soon-To-Be-Great Danish Seafaring Empire reside. And maybe the peeps who built the Great Library and the Temple of Artemis, I guess, but those are probably just rumours. Otherwise, they are all alone in the universe.

And they want each other threatened and bullied. Way to go, folks.

I have Shaka and Monty again. They, along with Pacal, where responsible for the fall of the first Almost-But-Not-Quite-Great Danish Seafaring Empire, and I specifically disallowed Pacal after his full Piety, Unity of the Prophets religion eradicated the Space Consortium...

...so Monty had to go full Piety & Unity of the Prophets to pick up the slack... *sigh*
