Oh man it was just like a box of chocolates. I meant like, the feeling of getting a little wrapped gift from one of my students was THE BEST. Another kid gave me a sled MADE OF CANDY. and a third one gave me a cupcake which quickly turned into just a cupcake wrapper.

On top of that, it's snowing, so all the crazies who thought the world was ending today said "screw it" and stayed inside.

It's super rainy and windy over here. I'm a little nervous.
I'm not afraid of the world ending, but I am afraid of falling trees.

I just went record shopping at my local Goodwill and they have probably the best selection of any Goodwill I've ever been to -- where others have 200 all-organ symphony Christmas records (not an exaggeration), mine has one rack of great funk. The very first record is Stevie Wonder's Talking Book (the one with Superstition on it.) I bought this one record where there's this dude sitting in a tiny car giving a thumbs-up on the cover.



Then I went back home and, upon investigating, there are 3 OTHER awesome records inside, though none are the one whats cover I bought. The first one I check out, there are 2 drum breaks without even flipping the record over. Drums from God.

I've been waiting on a verdict for my application to the JET Programme for a month or two now.

It finally came back. I've got an interview. *screeches*
