It's hard to see detail at that size but at least you have the whole thing. If you want it to be a bit larger maybe crop it from the waist up.

okay the context is that I watched gigi stream drawing that page one time and someone kept complaining about how almond looked weird without her ears, despite that her ears would be covered up by the word balloon

so first gigi gave her one ear
then she gave her an arm
then she gave the arm pretty nail polish
