I had disabled steam guard temporarily just before the summer sale
You can not sell, buy, or trade things in your inventory unless you've had steam guard active for 15 days
They did not warn me this would happen before I did the steam guard bullshit
I was completely unable to participate in the summer sale card thing at all aside from letting cards build up for voting that I couldn't complete a set of. It was fucking bullshit.

Why would you disable steam guard?
That's not a sarcastic question I am genuinely curious.

I was getting annoyed with it always forgetting the fact that sometimes I log in from Chrome and needing to do the email thing literally every time I get logged out from my browser.

it made me do the verification process twice when I tried to log into desura through steam to buy a game (although it seems to have remembered me since)

Would anyone be interested in a weekly game night?
Like, every sunday at such and such time we all raid TF2, terraria or something.
Bonus points if players can drop in at any point during the day.
TF2 seems like the ideal option given that it's accessible, easy for drop in and we don't need to host a server (yet) but idunno?

The secret endgame here is to train enough people in Monaco that eventually we'll have a team capable of beating all the campaigns.

I'm 92 hours deep into a browser game about circles playing tag and there's no end in sight. It's perfect for winding down and relaxing, but it also holds insane levels of competitive depth. I cannot recommend Tagpro highly enough.

I've been having a blast with the Monster Hunter 3 Ultimate demo (for the 3DS). Has anyone played the full game? Is it worth buying?

I have MH 3 Ultimate and it's definitely worth getting.
The only thing about the 3DS version is that there's no online play, so if you want to play multiplayer with someone they have to be local. Well... actually there is some way to play online if you have a WiiU, but I don't know for sure if you need the WiiU version, too, or if it's just a utility you can install from the store.
MH4U is coming out next year, though, and it will have built-in online, among other things.

Today's games: Rayman and Descent.
They were my favorites way back when, and it turns out they're still brilliant.
If a bit of a pain to get working properly, even off GOG.com. (Had to become Rayman Optimum and DXX-Rebirth before they worked to my satisfaction.)

Max Payne 3 is on sale for five bucks in the steam store and I remember hearing some buzz about it a while back. Is it any good?
