Let me fill you in.
The Ocean was originally intended to be an easy to update, sprite based adventure.
When I started it I had no plan in mind. Above you'll see the opening post and the following 2 updates.
The original thread went further than this point, but this is when I figured out where I wanted to take the adventure, and planned out the rest of it.
So It's sort of like revive, and sort of like a reboot.

Start by demonstrating your work ethic, and compare it to the Captain's slovenly manner.

You don't need backup. After you trounce the Captain the rest of the crew will fall in line if they know what's good for them.

So, yeah, just go and fight the Captain.

Melons would be a great addition to you team!
First you conjure up a mental map of the ship.
For most people you're going to have to think of locations to look since you don't know where everyone is at any given moment.
But Melons will almost definitely be in the kitchen.

That's Buckblade, one of the three Buckbrothers, and the best sword on the ship. As such he doesn't really do much when we're not intercepting another ship.
Did you mention that you're pirates?
Either way, he spends most of his time trying to get into Ticket-to-the-Brig's pants.

Oh no! You wouldn't dare do anything like that. It is your duty to keep everything clean on the ship. Ship shape, if you will.
The notion itself makes you feel a little lightheaded and woozy.

Ask him who he thinks the better swordsman is, himself or the captain. Try to goad him into testing his skills against your pirate commander.

You politely exit the conversation as you quietly ponder who would be a better shipmate to recruit to your aid.
You're pretty sure you'll need the full crew for this to succeed, but the more followers you have, the easier it will be.

As you ponder, you eye up Buckblade's grappling hook. He carries it around everywhere, just like his brother Buckshot.
They use them to climb up to the Nest, and to board ships you intercept.

You decide that Ticket to the Brig would be a good choice in a mutiny. She's the Captain's Daughter, and has quite the rebellious streak.

Spoilerbeach utsuho, me and the rest of the crew were chasing a rival pirate ship but then we got beached and the other ship took off to space on the side of a space shuttle and then a crew member swam out and another space shuttle came out from the ocean and took him into space too but it was okay because he was carrying a portal and his bro back on the shore had the other side of the portal so we could all go into space through it but then i woke up before that could happen
