this is the least disappointing post in this thread so far (not counting my own). thank you

seriously croissants are like, way too dense. and theyre more dry and less sweet than a good dinner roll

croissants are to dinner rolls as pillsbury biscuits are to popeyes biscuits

(popeyes biscuits are waaaay better)

except while popeyes biscuits are just a little salty, good dinner rolls are just a little sweet~

if you eat them room temperature, theyre basically just white bread. but if you put them in the microwave, they become really sweet, and it's easy to end up eating the entire package in one go

they're really fucking good croissants arent even comparable

the rolls that get served at texas roadhouse are usually good rolls too. ive had some drier rolls there a few times and it was disappointing, but mostly because they are usually pretty good

esp with the butter they give you that has a little cinnamon in it

croissants are for fucking scrubs. if you prefer croissants over rolls you should go have a side of bread crust with your unseasoned well-done steak (doused in a1) then wash it down with a glass of pepsi. no, make that diet pepsi. you disgust me

Croissants are where its at. Buttery, flakey; good with jam and icing sugar or black forest ham and gouda cheese, even by itself!
