Nicopter: I promise it’s nothing bad.
Nicopter: Enough about me, though. How were these teams actually killing each other’s players if it was all a game played through pawns?
cripesalmighty: That’s the weird thing.
cripesalmighty: Like, I guess that me, the YELLOW 4, and Nic, the GREEN 4, were supposed to collaborate with the BLUE 4 and RED 4 to play the full “4th session” of the game.
cripesalmighty: Same with Y5, G5, B5, R5, to play the 5th session.
cripesalmighty: But instead of everyone getting along, smashing drinks and playing the hell out of our terminal games as a big old 52-strong family, the actual real life teams went out of their rooms, walked through the halls, and started rampaging!
cripesalmighty: There should have been 13 sessions of the game going on all the time with wins and losses and such.
cripesalmighty: But now we have 9 people alive out of 52, with one of them completely crazy, and it just boggles the cripes out of me, too.
cripesalmighty: That all, um… all that stuff, all the stuff of us in this goddamn facility where we have rooms and halls and terminals and needspensers, is totally separate from the game.
cripesalmighty: I guess that’s why it’s so intriguing sometimes.
Nicopter: “This goddamn facility”...
Nicopter: Where is ‘here’? What facility?
tiptopGipgop: It’s the plane in which Inhabitants live. Us.
tiptopGipgop: I mean, obviously we haven’t forever. We’ve been outside of it plenty.
tiptopGipgop: But it’s apparently where we were originally meant to live out the rest of our natural lives in a place a lot safer than where we came from.
tiptopGipgop: This is really hard to explain to an outsider, I’m sorry.
tiptopGipgop: (Under the assumption that you’re not Levyyts.)
Nicopter: I can handle it.
tiptopGipgop: The Heroes were playing a game.

cripesalmighty: And the heroes liked us enough that they made this place so that, even though they failed completely, we could live a happy life!
Nicopter: I’d been wondering how you actually got ‘here’.
Nicopter: So what happened when they lost?
tiptopGipgop: They didn’t fail completely, Cripes.
cripesalmighty: Almost completely!
Crast Pactian: they had quite the task ahead of them. i’m not sure they were ever cut out for the task of building a universe.
Crast Pactian: but they took kindly to us. they taught us everything we know about the outside world, about the game, about our original purpose.
Crast Pactian: and by giving us escape, a realm to live in such as this, they have let us transcend that original purpose.
Crast Pactian: even if it has trapped us utterly.
tiptopGipgop: They made the best choice they could. I am no great fan of our circumstances, but they had much crappier circumstances, and without them, we would all be dead.

cripesalmighty: Which is not a human thing at all and I am guessing more of a you thing!

tiptopGipgop: The MOCHA ENDING escaped into their play session. This is their biggest mistake, letting it get out of the bounds of the planet it was from, back in their actual home universe.
