Here's an important thing about me counting votes:

I'll ignore all ambiguous, conditional, or non-specific votes.

So like when Reyweld said "I vote no on everything unless I say otherwise" i ignored that. Or if someone said: "I vote for prop beagle if and only if eagle passes" that was also ignored. Or when Jac just said "No on any Reywelds" that was ignored too.

My reason for doing that is because I want to make as few judgement calls as possible because I will inevitably make calls in favor of rules I like which isn't fair for anyone. Also because it isn't my place to be making judgement calls because Chwoka is the socks around here.

So if you want me to count your vote, make sure it's clear which specific proposition it applies to, and that you take care of managing any conditionals about your vote. (i.e. changing your vote if a condition is met)
