It observes its surroundings.

The plastic bags make unpleasant noises as the robot wriggles its way clear.
It floats gently back down, notably above the ground, bobbing gently, and moves right.

As the robot approaches the metal shutters, its visual processors come close enough to identify the shapes
around it and ceases filtering them out. It sees a puddle of thin, black substance pooling under the shutter.
It sees a control panel and attatched cable.
Evidence added to its Conclusion, but what now? there is only a wall directly ahead.

The robot adjusts its lenses and looks around. It is in a courtyard surrounded by high walls. On one wall, a chained-shut large gate is present.

The whirring starts up again, then stops, then starts, a few seconds each time.
