The beads aren't really a necklace. They could be, if you tied the string in a certain way, but it's probably way too small to go over your head.
Same with the sparkly thing, which turned out to be an actual necklace. The gem on it looks like it could be important, or at least worth something.

Screaming could be fun and useful. You test out your... vocal cords???
After a couple seconds, you can just barely hear on the other side of the wall, "Oh my god- ANOTHER one?"
They tap on the outside of the room.
"Kay, stand back from this side, I'm gonna open it up."

Anyway, you thank the big lizard person for getting you out.
They mutter under their breath, "At least this one's clothed." before saying, "Oh, yeah, no problem."
