oh and most importantly: although you should always make a big effort to try to get to bed on time, if you can't sleep or you lose track of time before going to bed,
don't stress over it if you can help it.
it's not a big deal, you don't have school tomorrow so you can sleep in if you need, and if you don't sleep in, it doesn't matter if you're tired all day (and being tired all day can even make it more likely you fall asleep the next day).
being stressed out just makes it even harder to fall asleep, and even if after calming down you can't sleep, well at least you're not feeling quite so awful about it.
and if you can't stop worrying about it, that's okay too. just try to remember that even if you're slippin up now, it don't mean shit for how well you sleep tomorrow night.
