ho shit i just realized i get to post in here for the next four minutes

too bad i have nothing to say

i feel like i'm still frequently awake at 2am nowadays but my life doesn't feel like a non stop catastrophe so much. the 2am thread rarely beckons.

that last post is pretty disingenuous as anyone who has seen me on discord for the last few months can probably attest to i got dragged back into warcraft in a pretty big way and honestly there's probably no better definition of non stop catastrophe than that video game

it's that time again

i don't really have anything to say today. maybe the effort that i could expend on thinking of something to post here i could judge posts in the PMC instead.

Neither of the posts pass any rules. I'd post it in the thread but this rule I am pretending exists mandates that all posts between 2am and 2.30 take place in this thread so nothing i can do about that in this hypothetical situation i have concocted.

the sky, is really hecking dark
also its really cold
the stars twinkling with love
as the sky looks down from above

the moon keeps me company as i tire
i honestly forgot this line
cause of electric wire, which is meant to be computers but it sounds weird,
sleep is calling me but its not dire.

Ode to 2 AM

The sky of morn keeps watch from up above
Watching the cold wind blows with all their night
I watch as the stars glow brightly with love-
I sigh in delight to a calming sight

The moon keeps me company as I tire
With the music of silence fills the air
Though my mind is filled with electric wire
The calling of sleep fails to keep me there

The world remains in a state of such peace
As if the moment was frozen in time
And pop! When the moment begins to cease
I listen to the sky as it starts to chime


With the hour drawing to sad close
the peace of undisturbed silence ended
The morn is far too bright for me to doze
So the day continues, like time was lended

I was going to post in here at 2 but got distracted making sure the granola i was baking didnt burn
