Having a surrealist with us, this could be a better lead than we've had to go on the entire planet. I'd suggest if she has any direction to give we head in it post-haste as not only is Cleo sick, but we have a negative sanity chef locked in a ship without any food.
Speaking of which...
>Be Edel.
I'll try to lock Slate in his room if it's not too late already. Co-player, you regroup the rest of the crew to prepare for getting the ship back.

Err, we still had 6 plant, 2 meat, 4 generic and 3 fish rations on board when we left the ship?
Checking up on the crew inside the mercury may still be a smart thing to do, but they should have food for 3 days. Or 4 if Edel grows a plant ration and avoids eating meat and fish, and we feed Nero meat on day one.
Edit:
We can consider having Edel cook with the aid of Helios V11(He should have some cooking lessons available, though he might not be able to reach everything by himself.) This would prevent slate from seasoning our food with glass or something in a fit of insanity.
We can also consider having our Helios unit act as an improvised therapist. He should have some knowledge about psychology and his int and cha are probably good. He's not a trained psychologist, though, and failing to do therapy right might have a bad effect on Slate and failing at all will likely make Helios V11 pretty sad.
We may also consider saving his low sanity and swapping with Ksimas to make her reconsider going with us. If she gets low morale, Slate may be able to get her to leave with mind control.

Oh, whoops, I just realized we have 4 fish rations, not 3. That means the crew in the ship can eat for four days so long as Edel eats plants and the fish rations don't expire today.
Oh, and despite my theorizing on getting the crew on the ship to do stuff, we had probably best get someone to meet Latta first.

If you say yes, a whole day will be skipped (after a roll.) and then we'll have to decide what we want to spend a day on doing (Looking for our ship, or looking for the party.) As such, please do vote on that now because unless the roll goes a certain way we'll be skipping right rolling to find the party or find the ship.

I second checking on the rest of the crew and looking for the ship. Meanwhile while we've got everyone gathered how about we turn this into a shipping ship?
EDIT: Also if we haven't done it already > Cleo: Fix Bob's arm, use One-Punch as your hands.
We get a Helios to aid us in battle, OP learns about being a mechanic and could help speed up our ship repair, possibly favors due to helping out a local celebrity, and really helping Bob is just the right thing to do.
"Fainting isn't real, only ninteenth century girls in corsets faint."
Room 1 - The cup room, Noverus stays in this room. The vent in this room is welded shut. The room door is constantly kept opened because if it were to close with another person inside the person would quickly overheat and possibly die in minutes. The door works as is the norm.
Max 3 people
Room 2 - The kitchen, there is only spoiled meat, dry wood, and matches here as everything else was packed away. Does not have a door. Has way too many knifes.
Max 1 person
Room 3 - Office, room closest to the door separating the clockwork part of the ship, and the clean part of the ship. Vents have been welded shut. Door works and there is a door lock button here. Anyone in this room will be the first to be alerted if a clockwork gets through as long as they are not sleeping. There are 2 guns here.
Max 2 people
Room 4 - Living room, a large room with 2 ways to exit. Both doors work, and there is a door lock button here. Vent is broken wide open.
Max unlimited
Room 5 - Control room, has every major control in it, such as enabling or disabling sprinklers for every room, sounding the alarms, the door lock button, the ship controls and the self destruct button that can only be accessed via a code. Cobalt stays in this room. Door in this room works as the norm.
Max unlimited
Room 6 - Bedroom, door works.
Max 4 people
Room 7 - Storage room, contains many empty boxes and bags of trash. Farthest room from the clockwork part of the ship. Door does not work.
Max unlimited
Notes
- For your safety and the safety of the people on the planet the floor below you and above you will be completely locked until the ship lands.
- None of the intercom systems work, all communications must be done by walking to the other room and talking to the person.
- While this strain of clockwork virus is aggressive it is not airborn.
- The door lock button will lock ALL non broken doors at the same time, no exceptions.
- Every room has a vent that's at least 2 feet tall, if nothing is noted about the vent in the room then the vent is normal.
- It's better to die then risk total crew infection. The self destruct code is "Black coffee with extra whipped cream."
- Due to how aggressive the virus is all infected bodies should be burned. I left a large supply of fire wood in the kitchen. Avoid touching the infected. Wash your hands before eating.
CHARACTER ROOM RULES

Spoiler
Here's a list of characters you need to split in to rooms. Character requirements are next to their names. Every requirement must be met.
Cea - Needs to be in a room with at least 2 other people.
Marble - No requirements.
Nikki - No one wants to be in the same room as Nikki and as such he must be in a room alone.
One-Punch - No requirements.
Cleo - Can't be in any room with Nova in it or she will overheat and likely die.
Blu - Doesn't want to be in a room with people he doesn't know. (Shetlock, Andrus, Nicko, Bob, Nova, Cobalt, Oooo.)
Hasty - Needs to be in a room with at least 1 other crew member from Blu's crew.
Citrine - Any room that doesn't have Cea in it.
Phlodur - Doesn't want to be in a room with more then 2 people, counting herself.
Shetlock - No requirements.
Andrus - Does not want to be in the same room as Cleo.
Nicko - No requirements.
Bob - No requirements.
Noverus - Does not move out of the cup room (room 1)
Cobalt - Does not move out of the control room (room 5)
Oooo - Oooo cannot be controlled. At the end of everyone else getting a room Oooo will randomly kick a person out of their room. If this person cannot find a room that fits their requirements they will sleep in the hallways.
Note: Nikki's rule overwrites ALL rules. All of them. Not one rule is spared from Nikki's rule. As such Marble will not go in to the same room as Nikki. Nikki cannot be kicked out by Oooo. Ect.

Cleo currently is too sick to operate or help operate on Bob!

I decided to make the room order stuff less boring by making it slightly puzzle like. Tell me what you think of it. I want to include more smaller puzzles like this to make certain mundane situations at least a bit more entertaining and would love feedback on if the puzzle just feels like it gets in the way of things.
If it turns out the puzzle just gets too much in the way I have no problem retconning it and just having us sort it normally.

More importantly, Cea should be in the control room because Sonny will warn him in case of trouble, and so we could lock the doors or turn on the sprinklers if need be.

Moreover, Notails can eat rotten food so Nikki could help himself to the larder. Although we would put him at risk by putting him in a room without a door.
My suggested layout:

Spoiler
Room 1
Nova, Nicko
Nicko is a space ripper and therefore doesn't need to fear burning to death. We would have to fear the guy if he's infected by clockwork so he's best left away from the infection.
Room 2
Nikki, for reasons already mentioned.
Room 3
One punch, Bob
The people in this room need to be ready for a clockwork threat. Neither One punch nor Bob sleeps, and if kicked out neither is picky.
Room 4
Hasty, Blu
Something could easily sneak into this room via the busted vents, so it shouldn't be for sleeping people.
Room 5
Cea, Cobalt, Shetlock, Andrus
This room needs high speed members to warn others if need be. Andrus was put in as an afterthought.
Room 6
Cleo, Marble, Citrine
Cleo can't really do much, so her room should be defendable. This room locks, Marble is a strong fighter and so is Citrine. Probably. No-one has to leave if Oooo goes in here.
Room 7
Phlodur
Has a spot open for Blu, Hasty or Oooo.
Alt where Nikki gets room 6 and we rely on safety in numbers in the control room.

Spoiler
Room 1
Nova
Nicko is better off in room 5 to help defend it in case of emergency.
Room 2
Empty
Room 3
Empty
We can just take the guns out and pass them to Marble and One Punch.
Room 4
Citrine, Hasty, Blu
Blu and Hasty don't sleep and they can hopefully wake Citrine if something happens.
Room 5
Cea, Cobalt, Cleo, Marble, Nicko, Shetlock, One Punch, Bob
Our crew, save for Nikki and whoever else we can fit in there.
Room 6
Nikki
A room with a door is safer.
Room 7
Phlodur, Andrus
Who cares about these guys' safetly, anyhow? They can just hide in a box or something. If Oooo kicks either of them out they'll end up in room 1-3, which aren't safe rooms for them.
Andrus and Shetlock should be in the same room, cause they're friends. Nicko and Nova should be in the same room, cause they're adorable. Apollo and Hermes should be in the same room, cause I say so.
