Tori: I'll get 'Fang Sting', which basically makes me inflict poison and paralyze an enemy if I sting it, plus the usual damage I give.

Tori: Paralysis lasts one turn, and the poison just lasts until the battle ends.

Tori: And don't worry, since I'm a plush bee I don't die when I sting things.

Tori: And from what I could gather, Magali over there gets 'Rodent Crunch', if she's able to attack an enemy with Rodent Crunch from the back, it'll take out a quarter of the enemy's health at once! And every other turn, that enemy will bleed, and lose about 10% of the hp of the initial bite.

Tori: So yeah, that's about it what do you choose?

William: Hmm...

Tori can now use Fang Sting! This will make it so that, once she stings an enemy, in addition to dealing damage, it'll also paralyze and poison them!
