...Into the Frying Pan [A Loud Crash]
#26
RE: ...Into the Frying Pan [Sudden Alarms!]
Junior reads all the plaques on all the doors, while asking himself how he is suddenly away from the group.

RE: ...Into the Frying Pan [Sudden Alarms!]
Grey tears his gaze away from the monitor when Rein talks to him. "Oh. I don't know. It makes everything quiet though." He glances wistfully at the machine before walking over and peering through the door on the left.

RE: ...Into the Frying Pan [Sudden Alarms!]
"Weeeird... Why would they make something that causes things to go quiet? There must be something else that it's used for..."

He watches Grey go over to the room on the left before calling out, "We should probably check all the doors before we go on, just to make sure the way we're going is the safest one... If you look through that one, I'll help top hat guy look through the ones up the ladder."

Afterward he climbs up the ladder and looks at the plaques. It would probably be better to read them before deciding to go through a door.

Laef turns to face Tanner. He overshoots, so that the man in red sees his now-blind eyes in passing.

I.. saw through the wall? That's how I knew to call for help earlier. This is the second time it's happened.

Is it quiet here? Where did everyone go?

RE: ...Into the Frying Pan [Sudden Alarms!]
I, uh, think they went to the other door. Here, let me help you. Let's see if they found our stuff.

Tanner then proceeds to lead Laef towards the others.

My name's Tanner. May I ask yours?

RE: ...Into the Frying Pan [Sudden Alarms!]
Uh, thanks. I'm Laef.

The guy in blue's name is Junior, by the way. He's an old friend of mine.

How did we end up here, anyways? What's the last thing you remember? I was just trying out some test... and then it all goes blank.

RE: ...Into the Frying Pan [Sudden Alarms!]
I signed up for the money. No idea what test, but the next thing I know, I wake up in goo without my guitar. My memories are as blank as yours.

Entilliumn is in the process of making an update! Woohoo!
Also I'm sorry for not updating. In truth, I'm kind of extremely lazy.

Entilliumn, that's a hell of a long process. Are you having difficulties with this process? Have you taken Updatapam? It increases cognitive function in those who can't update quickly enough!

Treat your author well. Treat them with Updatapan!

The treatment works well in 100% of patients. It is administered by whacking the patient in the head with a pan and then forcing it down their throat so that the drug may take effect while they are unconscios-I MEAN SEDATED.

Side effects may include the feeling of having your brain wrapped around a gold brick and thrown through a car window several times. But that's okay! You would do anything for us, right Enty? Melonspa

RE: ...Into the Frying Pan [Sudden Alarms!]
I heard that the treatment isnt FDA approved. We'll need to kidnap him first and send him to another country before we do that. Because as we all know, Authors aren't really people. There actually aliens in disguise.

RE: ...Into the Frying Pan [Sudden Alarms!]
I have a serious case of update block.
Also I changed computer so that might've been important to mention...
I'm still retrieving most of the po- WORK that is still on there.
As soon as I finish, there will be an update. I promise. Melonspa
I think. Melonspa

Entilliumn: End your stupid whatever and make an update, already!

Tanner and Junior have an interesting conversation.

Junior walks around to inspect the plaques, which seem blank. They look new, and it looks as if they really didn't bother writing anything on them. He pauses and wonders about how he had gotten away from the group.
Rein ponders over the strange machine and calls out to Grey. "We should probably check all the doors before we go on, just to make sure the way we're going is the safest one... If you look through that one, I'll help top hat guy look through the ones up the ladder." And with that, climbs the ladder only to discover the same thing that Junior had found out.
Grey looks away from the machine. "Oh. I don't know. It makes everything quiet though." He looks at the machine, snaps out of his trance and puts his focus over to the door. He peeks through and sees a door.

The now blinded Laef attempts to look at Tanner. Who leads him over to the door.

Junior just goes into the door on the right randomly with absolutely no regard to what anyone thinks! :D

((So wait, what's the final ratio of time powersighting to time blind, and time powersight to time until able to powersight again?))

RE: ...Into the Frying Pan [THE UPDATE DROUGHT IS OVER.]
Rein glares at Junior for not being careful before peeking into the room behind the middle door if it's unlocked.

Grey enters the room and ponders over the '001' on the sign over the door. With a shrug, he peers through the tiny slats on the door.

Tanner leads Leaf into the room where everyone else went.

Laef hears his footsteps go quiet, and is now more lost than ever.

RE: ...Into the Frying Pan [THE UPDATE DROUGHT IS OVER.]
I think there should be a 24-hour limit for giving in our commands

after that, replacement kill

EDIT: Upon further inspection, there should be a Replacement kill system for Entilliumn as well Melonspa
