IP, given that we're in a dreamscape, do names hold a certain sway or power here? Is there anything to suggest that monsters naturally have issues, thus, in naming things? Or just a particular character trait of these two?

It's actually just just cause to give the naming to the observers. Naming does have value but it's not any more significant than any other commands
