Hello everyone!

Thanks for electing me to a third term (even though, I think the limit is two??). While some of my opposition have said that I "haven't even been doing anything recently", and to this I counter by saying I've been busy with midterms-- I mean, mayoral stuff, rest assured I will be squandering this potential no more, starting with Wheat's FNS propsal.

robustlaser: IIRC RL claimed to have the ability to stump people and their wincon is probably to just get as many stumps as possible. Only other interaction I remember from them was in Day 1 where they did the whole save-wheat-but-imma-stay-on-their-lynch-so-i-can-get-items. Decidedly Neutral.

Sunspider is the Advice Columnist, aka the CultistJailerCopDoctorBlocker RechargingTanker Beloved-Princess LostChest DelayedCelebrity who is a Benign 3P (Third Party).

On the other hand, way conflicting posts esp. claimed something about protecting Dunnergy (which they then seem to backpedal as sort of a joke?) that then gets denied:

If you know someone definitely shot Dunnergy, then I can tell you a few things about the person that shot them (if we know who that is). Y'know, apart from the obvious part where they wanted to kill a loyal employee.

What did you do to protect Dunnergy n1?

I guarded them, with some basic common sense. Do this, don't do that, silhouettes standing with knives over your bed ought not be trusted, that sort of thing. Also, "holding cell" was just a colorful way to describe the rooms we're kept in overnight, while trapped here. I wanted to decorate mine with some fuzzy dice I could hang up. That's all.

Next on the agenda, wheat's assignment. I don't have much of an opinion on ProfessorLizzard so I'd say he's neutral, however I find both Mirdini and Sunspider to be capital s SUSPICIOUS. Mirdini because of the whole desperado thing and Sunspider because he most certainly didn't guard me. I lost a life night one, and didn't notice that they claimed to have protected me.

I have no reason to doubt Dunnergy (town wincon) but I also recognize:

@sunspider: why did whatever ~power~ you have not protect the person who claimed to investigate a whole wagon and who you claim has a chat with you

I never mentioned that I'd guarded Palamedes last night. I did, though. That said, my protection isn't perfect. Explaining the how and why isn't a good move, since it's exploitable. I could explain, if anyone's not satisfied with this, but it won't be much use to anyone at that point.

My job is that of Vending Machine Tender. At night I get to restock the machine, though I can't take any items out of the machine that haven't been sold. Relatively simple process to verify. Meeth already knows this and can verify for me (indeed, he has, by means of use of the Honk Engine he requested and the message he posted in relation not long after.) Do Me a Favour and buy my junk. Weren't me, friend. Possibly a result of my night activation, but I have no idea where the money gets sent, just that it does. It'd be way too easy to stack the deck in my favour if I was allowed to choose who got my coins. I'd have no reason not to give them all to myself, since I too can use the Vending machine.

honestly at this point with all these claims I'm almost thinking there are actually no traitors and it's just a bunch of paranoid town + a whole bunch of third parties

that or there's like, 1-2 traitors, 4-6 town and a boatload of third parties

in any case after yesterday's mess of a day (if you're town you're supposed to, not try to get lynched, reecer....) I'm pretty demoralized + busy so, shrug

seedy has a point re: aC's power escalating infinitely now being super terrible if they're a (lying, at this point) traitor, but otoh if they ARE a benign 3p then, lynching them gets us no closer to lynching traitors so lynching aC is what a traitor would want to do too (traitors especially don't like a third party kingmaker holding their win)

so yeah idk what lynch to support yet and I've got to go get some stuff done outside of this game so tune in in some number of hours before day end for my actual vote

really want Sunspider to come in and talk but also I don’t, think a lynch would kill her unfortunately
I would be willing to lynch Q, although I still think killing ac is the right move and a thing that should happen (I’d actually prefer not by lynch bc it would overall end up having the same “obligatory” lynch feeling as the first two, and therefore less informational. also lynching a lurker is boring always)
I’d REALLY like it if no matter what the lynch we have the people who haven’t been on any hammered lynches voting, just for possible data-gathering
