You choose a couple of hybrids, not an easy choice considering the pairings. But who knows, you may see the others at some point in your game, or maybe even their descendants in later games.

Seems the game is letting you change the hybrids pronouns, name, eye color, and determine a job for the both of them.

oh. That's new. One of your mods must have messed with the crew creation process. You click on the "Crew Mod" button out of curiousity.

>you think back to the mods you've installed as the menu loads until it finally hits you. Right! The Crew Database mod! You installed this on a friends request, apparently it's a larger mod that was recently released to make the crew sharing feature of Fortuna a bit better.

CREW DATABASE MOD V: 1.1.0

Welcome to the Crew Database Mod! With this mod you can streamline the crew sharing feature in vanilla Fortuna! Simply drop the npc file of a crewmember of your choice into the install folder and on your next startup of the game it will be uploaded to our crew server!

Additionally, if you begin a new game with this mod installed, you will notice a new "CREW MOD" button on your crew creation menu. If you click this button you will be given a random generation of 4 npcs uploaded by other users of the mod!

In exchange for a "Point" currency (determined by your ships maximum crew size) you can buy any of the four npcs shown to you and add them to your crew!

This is entirely optional of course, and you can instead create your own crew as per normal. This mod was simply made to help share everyone in the communities interesting character creations!
