Satellites, certain kinds, can image temperatures. If cracks in time are what lowers the temperature then knowing where those locations are would be ideal.

So...the observation tower scene was at 1:30 that afternoon?
Hasn't Bina been in the hospital for a few days?
Based on the current rate, when is the storm predicted to completely subside?
That should give a rough ETA for the end of the possible end of the world and what not.

Is there a way for the Director to know when the storm will end? Because that's apparently when all of this STARTS.
Do a projection based on current rate of shrinkage.

Bina's recovery time was spent in and out of the Moment to speed things up.

As in Schroedinger's box? Their condition isn't determined until you observe it?

The Director likely has picked up on some points Bina mentioned earlier: "Single fragment of time...There are many places like that now."
Exploring all potential avenues...is it possible to...destroy one of those fragments of time? Or, barring that, restore it?

Junior agent miller doesn't seem to know much.
Any chance the x-files hires contract work? Perhaps they need a journalist to document some horrible occurrences? I assume being on the payroll might give you greater clearance.

This could be bad. That crack over there to the left; is that a crack in the wall, or a crack in TIME?
