I surely would like to establish a holiday home on scenic Voyager A, unless of course someone interrupts me in some fashion.

Also while we're at it, might as well play my Engineer flare.

Alas, the inhabitants of Voyager A are a little feral. They tend to bite strangers so for your safety we'll have to Cosmic Zap your disembarkment. We'll send up a supply of snow globes for your troubles.

The movement USE goes through fine, but the disembarking is prevented by the cosmic zap.

Engineer activates!

Wild: You may draw cards from the deck until you draw an artifact card. Non-artifacts drawn are discarded. If you exhaust the deck without drawing an artifact, take any one artifact from the discard pile. Give this flare to the Engineer after use (or discard it, if the Engineer isn't playing).

Tourist draws two cards and.... that is all. An attack 10 is discarded, and something else is kept.

Directing a ship from Tourist B, a ship from Tourist C, a ship from Reactor C, and a ship from Laser D to Voyager D.
Scans make it looks like basically nobody lives here, so it's fine if we just set down and have a look around right?

It requires a bit of luck in terms of what gets drawn and is foiled by various other mechanics but otherwise... yep!
If I can book enough holidays I win the game, although that's harder for me now that I gave away my tourist flare.

I'll invite my good friends "literally anyone who wants to come" but with the advice that as this planet is clearly totally undefended and a bunch of us have hangovers we're planning on just flying in there with all of our weapons and lights turned off and will maybe just have a quiet chat with anyone who tries to stop us, and would appreciate if you did the same.
