Tori: These are, let's say, the "edges" of the realm

Tori: If you venture out too far from those points onward, you might not be able to come back, so we gotta be careful.

William: Oh, got it!

Tori: Also by the looks of it, there's only one house, so my guess is that only you and maybe your sister are this realm's guardians

William: Aww, would be nice to see some more people here

Tori: Don't worry, we have another realms to explore, like Payton's!

Kyle: I can assure you Losad always has a lot of dreamers, and it's in general quite a fun place to explore!

William: Heck yeah! Can't wait to see them, and get to know what their titles and abilities are.

Kyle: Titles are, in short, how a dreamer is meant to interact with the dream world. A title is defined by a dreamer's personality and psyche, and it defines said dreamer's abilities within the dream world.

Kyle: A title is composed of two parts, a Class and a trait. The Class defines how a dreamer interacts with their trait and to which extent, usually being derived from medieval achetypes. While the trait is utilized in the way that's denominated by their class. A trait usually resembles a core factor about you.

Payton: hmm alright i think i get it

Payton: whats my title?

Kyle: You are the Jester of Life, Payton

Payton: what does a jester do?

Kyle: A jester's definition is usually a professional joker or “fool” at a medieval court. Someone who is constantly taking risks for their performances, since they are performing for people who could easily chop their head off.

Kyle: This means that jesters are a class that tends to live a short life, but a bright one for their extravagance.

Kyle: Thus, the jester class is the class who is focused on damage of their trait or with their trait, above survivability.

Payton: wait, does this mean i get to die really ez?

Kyle: Not neccesarily, see, your trait is life, which well, means life, wellbeing, health, etc.

Kyle: Not only it allows you to take out the life from others, it also allows you heal yourself in order to perpetuate damage.

Kyle: You got really lucky having life as a trait, because it actually balances out your title.

Kyle: If you had any other trait, i'd say you'd be doomed, but that's not the case

Kyle: A jester of life, someone who is focused on damage of life, or trough life, above survivability. And yet, someone who can perpetuate their own life in order to perpetuate damage.

Payton: wow so im just

Kyle: In a way yes, but even being overpowered has it's perks, you should use your abilities rather carefully, as a loss in balance might result in you forgetting that you need to heal yourself.

William: Hey tori, looking back at the map, where do you advise us going first? What dangers to expect and such?

Tori: Honestly I think the Crimson Swamps are the safest place, and since it's the closest location, I'd avise on us going there first for now.

William: Thanks tori!

William: Say, don't you think sister could be sleeping by now?

Tori: You're right, maybe we should check on her and make sure she's safe

You have a history of staying up past your bedtime, and altough you have mostly controlled it, sometimes you slip back into old habits. Usually you're fine even with little sleep, but it's beginning to get real late, perhaps you should go to bed after plugging your tablet. But aside from that, you feel pretty much better again, your sickness seems to have gone away during these past few hours.

Caroline: Check William's hair to see if he's hidden a sandwich inside there.



His hair seems to be clear of sandwiches, but he seems to have one on his pocket. How long has this been there ?? It's cold and dry, you're gonna put it back on the fridge so that it doesen't spoil. Sometimes not even you understand your brother's tomfooleries.

Usually you don't remember much of your dreams, for a long while you just thought you had stopped dreaming altogether, but last night was different, it felt very vivid and detailed, you're really afraid of having that dream again, but sleeping beside your brother and his best friend does put you at ease.

Caroline: Go to your room to get your charger 



Of course you will, but not without paying a visit to Adam Sandler first. Convincing your mother to buy this painting was definitely your greatest achievement.

As previously stated, your name is Caroline Willford. You are a shy and collected girl, and tend to spend most of your time inside your room, either listening to electronic, lo-fi or indie pop music, playing calm, cute and minimallistic indie games on your computer or making sure that all your school notes are neatly organized and that your grades go well. 

You have always been quieter and less sociable than your brother, you consider yourself to be an introvert by all means and intents, and usually it's not that bad, you always have plenty of stuff to distract yourself with. And when you begin to feel lonely, spending time with your brother, payton, and some few select friends of yours usually cheers you back up! But because of that, you're not the greatest person when it comes to speaking in public.

Some other interests you have include watching 90's and early 2000's animes and roller skating around the neighbourhood as your main form of exercise, as well as being a nice way to collect your own thoughts and getting to enjoy the outside world.

'Baba is you' is one of your favorite puzzle games, you've spent days trying to beat it, and it just never gets old, a classic. 'Rain World' is much more difficult, and took you by surprise, you were expecting a cute platformer game, but instead you got an extremely difficult survival game that, albeit having stunning graphics and visuals, is still one of the most challenging games you've ever played. Your soft spot for cute bunny-like characters sure has brought you places.

Caroline: There's no time. You need to beat your hunter high score in Rain World.



You've got to resist the urge!! Or else you won't be getting any sleep tonight!!

DC: How are you doing?

DC: Today was a crazy day, not gonna lie

DC: I had the opening shift at work, no biggie, my classes only start after 11am on mondays so i can open the store before someone else takes my place

DC: But the problem was, my keys were with my co-worker, and she lives halfway across town, so it took a while for me to get the keys

DC: And she probably missed some classes :(

DC: Then at work a dude threatened to pee on the fruits isle after i told him that smoking and drinking wasn't allowed, had to call security and everything

DC: You should've seen the look on his face tho, he was crazy, I was trying my best not to laugh while telling him to leave the store

DC: But anyway, after i got to school, I didn't see you anywhere in our common classes today
