Ｉwent to one of the top 100 universities in the world for half my degree, and loads of lectures were in older buildings on campus without all the network cables or what have you. My botany classes used them multiple times to quickly illustrate things like flower structure.
Lemme tell you about my high school situation when I get my butt out of bed and get over there. Sure I don't have wi-fi but you couldn't call the place ｄｅｓｔｉｔｕｔｅ.
