Bob tries to memorize the blackboard in his hallucination, but his illiteracy causes him lose focus and descend further into SPACE MADNESS.

You decide to give your rooftop hideaway one more gander before abandoning it for the QUESTIONABLE DEPTHS of the DUCT.

Yep, it's a roof. Looks like it sports some sort of AIR CONDITIONING UNIT and a HELIPAD. There isn't a doorway on the rooftop as far as you can tell, though, so the HELIPAD seems rather useless.
