The dreadful spectre of a life without Nigel's friendship is bad enough as it is, but Bob somehow gets the sensation that Nigel's affection has turned to BITTER HATRED due to the missing FRIENDSHIP BLOSSOM.

He feels compelled to make an OATH to the ancient SPACE GODS that he will REGAIN NIGEL'S FRIENDSHIP (blossom)!
