Look, this is one Winged Guardian feather. I'd only need to kill one of these guys to get 10 of them. Why the hell would I kill so many just for that?



Because killing things is fun, of course! I think that's enough of a reason.

Ooooooo, right. I almost forgot about that. Less than an hour ago, a portal of some sort opened up and deposited two people into this dimension. They were dropped off pretty close to the castle, so I went out to find them. I came over here first because I like to batch my trips.



It's not like it was much of a detour anyway.



"...wasn't this door open earlier?"

"Yeah, I'm pretty sure it was."

"There must be someone living in there then. Should I just knock?"

"What? Why?"

"Well, there's no doorbell."

"No, I mean, why do you want to get inside? I thought we were going to leave it alone because it could only cause complications."
