Derrick: Should I craft some sort of tinfoil hat for Lethos? It might help protect her in the future.
Reggie: The infection takes many forms. It's no telling how it might make a comeback. With Lethos it was telepathy. With Samielle it was his bright light. I've seen instances of an infected entity simply in close proximity to another spread that way.
Reggie: So, if you want to waste creation rocks on another tinfoil hat, be my guest. -v-

Derrick: And relocation?
Reggie: Honestly, the most sure-fire way to avoid it for next time.
Wynter: She can stay here with us!!
Wynter: With uh... The Maid's permission of course.

Derrick: Is it bad for monsters to be near the edge of the realms, Reggie?
Reggie: Well yeah, you saw what happened to Lethos.
Reggie: The edge has a certain allure to it... You might see it and get spooked out, but others feel like it's inviting them in.
Reggie: Monsters that walk into the void do not return, ever.
Reggie: And the ones that hang out close to the edge tend to only appear on higher levels of darkness.
Reggie: Remember, the further out you go into the void you automatically climb darkness levels until you're past 15, the point of no return.
Reggie: Lethos is so sensitive, just being on level 1 was enough to get herself hijacked.
Reggie: .... You said you haven't seen leafy boy in a while, right?
Derrick: Yes.
Reggie: Maybe you should send someone to check on him. Just in case.
Derrick: The monsters in the void, how is it that they can target monsters from the outside like that? Can they effect multiple monsters at once or just one at a time?
Reggie: .... This is a rare occurrence.
Reggie: My "shield" keeps them unaware that we even exist.
Reggie: They cannot see, hear, or locate our realm from their side.
Reggie: But some very clever bitches "broadcast" the infection. Like the radio.
Reggie: So it doesn't matter that we are hidden, if you have the right channel you can pick it up.
Reggie: And where Lethos was, and her ability to have all the channels, well... it was no wonder what happened.
Reggie: What's even crazier is, Lethos didn't just go crazy from the infection... She became a suitable host. One who could propagate her own broadcast from inside the realm. See how unlucky that was??
Reggie: Geez, if you didn't spook that thing out of her I'm scared to know what could have become of me-My house.
Reggie: We gotta be a little bit more cautious.
Derrick: Hmm...
Derrick: So tinfoil hats can work?
Reggie: If they do, they are not fool proof. You will need to keep adapting.

Wynter: She came back with her crystal missing and Itamie was frantic as hell wondering where it detonated.
Wynter: Mephita says the Messenger took care of it, we were very lucky!
Wynter: Let's not stretch that luck, huh?
