Garreth: Just seems pointless.

Derrick: Because the argument could be extended further. Why better yourself if there's already someone better?
Derrick: Why achieve greatness if the majority will be forgotten?
Derrick: These things don't matter in the big picture.
Derrick: But they matter to me.
Derrick: And that's why I do this.
Garreth: ....
Garreth: Damn.
Derrick: Fight the ever growing presence of monotony. Your sanity depends on it.
Garreth: ... I'll... Do my best.

Garreth: How are things with Lucia?
Derrick: She's very different here... She doesn't remember anyone except for me and is deathly shy of everyone else.

You all spend a few hours chatting over bubble tea. Lucia actually joined into the conversation and looks like she warmed up a bit with Emily!

You part ways with Emily and walk Lucia home before returning home yourself.
