Have Skully look around first. Is there anything on the other side of the waterfall, is there anything below the pathway you're standing on now? -- The waterfall doesn't seem that wide or tall. You could go back up and rappel down the other side of the river if you have a rope, or even use your kunai to stab the cliff face to get down.
