Here's my proposal:
Early Childhood: 10% ($60 -> 66)
Everyone: 30% ($60 -> 78)
E 10+: 50% ($60 -> 90)
Teen: 70% ($60 -> 102)
Mature: 100% ($60 -> 120)
Adults only: 300% ($60 -> 240)
Rating Pending: We should just ban games from this category, mandating that all games must pass ESRB before being sold.
Games should be treated in much the same way as Alcohol, requiring ID for purchase and not selling to minors. We should also limit the amount of games one person can own. For this I suggest 3 early childhood games and one everyone-adults game. Another good idea is a public list of anyone who plays videogames, similar to the sex offender registry. Videogames should also absolutely be a factor in court cases, increasing penalties by at least 50%.
