Round eight ends with a little shock - but it's not going to stop us. Let's take a look at the top games:
X-COM UFO Defence: 350 (Robust Laser - 200, Bramzter - 150)
Space Engineers: 315 (Ixcaliber - 165, Bramzter - 150)
Reus: 245 (Schazer - 245)
Stronghold Crusader HD: 200 (Sanzh - 200)
Dishonored: 175 (Gimeurcookie - 100, seedy - 75)
Homeworld Remastered Collection: 155 (Bramzter – 150, Whimbrel - 5)
Euro Truck Simulator 2: 150 (Granolaman - 150)
Teslagrad: 150 (TangledAlmond - 150)
The Witcher 2: Enhanced Edition: 150 (chimericWilder - 150)
First and foremost, the matter of X-COM UFO Defence - mired in last minute controversy we're still going to hand it out to the winner but neither player will be docked their points nor will it count as one of their games (but seriously, it's a fun one and currently free at the Humble Store so anyone even remotely interested should take a look).
Second up comes Space Engineers, where two high bidders both look to engineer themselves to the winning slot.
Third and fourth are Reus and Stronghold Crusader - both with huge unchallenged bids the likes of which we haven't seen in a bit. The winner should be clear enough.
Fifth comes Dishonoured, and will prove a close and exciting battle.
Sixth is Homeworld Remastered Collection, where Whimbrel once again challenges a massively overpowering bidder.
Seventh is a three way tie between Euro Truck Simulator 2, Teslagrad, and The Witcher 2, and once more amongst people who managed to win their prizes without a fight.
And that's that! Looking forward to the results of round nine!
