Bidding Tally - Rules Change Edition:
After discussing things with Kiven, we've decided on a hopeful compromise regarding point rounding vis-a-vis making point spending/updating easier (hopefully) without allowing too much exploitation of the system. From this round on, we'll round points returned to the nearest multiple of five.
Because this is a rule change, the deadline for this round will be extended until tomorrow (ie: 24 hours) in order for people to accommodate to it.
