Nico Robin - Speculates about people dying horribly, creates copies of her body parts (esp. arms)
Franky - Cyborg, builds ships, refers to the current week, weeps, "SUPER!"
Brook - Skeleton, musician, skull jokes
Thousand Sunny - Is a ship

I hope these are the right things and I have named rule-relevant aspects of them.

In retrospect any one of those things would have been better for a Chopper rule but here we are... Also you got the wrong boat. Passes no rules.
